The lecture rooms will be equipped with microphone, projector, remote controller and a laptop. Technical assistance will be guaranteed during the whole conference.

Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick with you. Upload and check your presentation preferably in the morning but at the latest in the break before your session. PowerPoint presentations are accepted with 16:9 ratio. If you wish to show web pages, instead of live links to the Internet, please, use screen shots within your presentation.

Plenary talks are 40 minutes long (including Q&A) while oral presentations are 5 minutes long (4 + 1 Q&A).

Your poster should be printed in size A0 (841mm x 1189mm) and be in portrait orientation. You will be given sticky tack/blue tack to affix your poster to the board.
